MEDIUM: Hand motion tracking sensor, custom software, 12-track composition.

Air for Air is an interactive installation that allows participants to conduct an electronic orchestra with only their hands. Inspired by the power and control of the conductor in a traditional orchestra, Air for Air challenges the idea of innate musicality by allowing anyone, regardless of musical training or background, to create their own symphony.

Air for Air was designed for and installed at ElectroFringe Festival 2017, premiering on 04/01/2017.
